Anna Łazar

Curator of the Free Word international art collaboration programme within the framework of the Gdańsk City of Literature project, creator of projects revolving around contemporary culture, translator (including Ilya Kaminsky’s Deaf Republic: Poems, Warsztaty Kultury Publishng House in Lublin, 2023); editor  of articles (, Nowa Europa Wschodnia, New Eastern Europe). She worked as a diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as deputy director and acting director of the Polish Institutes in Kyiv (2008-2014) and St. Petersburg (2015-2018), and as curator at the Museum of Art in Łódź (2021-2022).
