Andrej Adamowicz | Belarus

Andrei Adamovich (b. 1984 in Minsk) –  poet, prose writer, journalist. One of the most interesting contemporary Belarusian writers. In 2012 he received an award for the best poetry debut in Belarus for his collection “Дзень паэзіі смерці дзень” (The Day of Poetry is the Day of Death”). He has won a number of awards for young writers and poets and has taken part in numerous poetry festivals. His poetry is translated into Lithuanian, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian.
