Andrej Adamowicz (b. 1984 in Minsk) is a Belarusian poet, prose writer and journalist.
Winner of competitions for young writers and poets.
Participant in numerous poetry festivals. His poems have
been translated into Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian.

Bohdan Zadura (b. 1945 in Puławy) is an acclaimed Polish poet, prose writer, literary critic, and translator. He graduated with a degree in philosophy from the University of Warsaw and made his literary debut in 1962 in the monthly journal Kamena.
Zadura's extensive career spans prominent roles across Poland's literary and cultural landscape:
1970–1977: Curator at the museum in Kazimierz Dolny.
1977–1987: Literary director of the Vision and Movement Theatre (Teatr Wizji i Ruchu) in Lublin.
1980–2004: Editor for the literary quarterly Akcent, where he also served as co-founder and vice-president of the board for the East Culture Foundation "Akcent".
1983–2020: Editor for the prestigious literary monthly Twórczość, stepping into the role of editor-in-chief from 2004 to 2020.
As a translator, Zadura acts as a vital cultural bridge, translating from English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Hungarian. He has brought the works of defining contemporary Eastern voices to Polish readers, including Yuri Andrukhovych, Andriy Bondar, Andriy Lyubka, and Vasyl Slapchuk.
His contribution to literature has been recognized with numerous distinguished accolades, including the Stanisław Piętak Prize (1994), the Józef Czechowicz Prize (2010), the Silesius Wrocław Poetry Award (2011), the Hryhorii Skovoroda International Literary Prize (2014), and the C.K. Norwid Prize (2015). He was honored with the City of Lublin Artistic Award (2018), the prestigious Drahomán Prize (2022), and named an Ambassador of the East (2023). Most recently, he was named a finalist for the 2025 Ossolineum Prize for Best Poetry Translation for his work on Julia Cimafiejewa's Self-Portrait as an Avocado Pit.
